Gabriel has lost about 220 pounds during 2 years. He did many things for it, including eating appropriate food, quitting his high-stress job and growing vegetables. In addition, he received continuing positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy for sleep apnea. Sleep apnea brings to loud snore, poor sleep quality and hormones imbalance. Using CPAP devices helped Gabriel eat less junk food and become much healthier.
